Mr Curious Lubnani "shook this forum to the core". I'm sorry to disappoint you! It will take a lot more than a praise or two for Mr. Ja3ja3 to shake this forum to the core.

Allow me to disagree with you both:

Mr Curious Lubnani:

Samir Ja3ja3 is not a freedom of speech cause. Where was Freedom of speech when he ruled the so called "al-mantaka al-sharkiya" with an iron fist. Freedom of speech does not apply to one who favours the ennemy of our people.

Samir Ja3ja3 is not a man of integrity. Again, where was that integrity when he ruled al-mantaka al-sharkiya. Or, where is that integrity now? If you meant to say that he stands for what he believes in, then in his case, that has nothing to do with integrity. Integrity and destroying the country do not go together. Integrity and treason are quite the opposites of each other.

Dear Mr/Ms AUOM

You say:"It is sufficient for SSNPers to discuss 0 and 1". No it is not! It is called knowing your history so you can control your future, yours and mine.

You say: "the war is not over yet, but we are just in a transition… " This smells of revenge. It is up to you and me to make the war really over. It is a transition, if there are people still planning on re-igniting the war. Please do not tell me you are one of these people.

We do not dance on anyone's grave: Yes, a member of the Party assassinated Bashir Gemayel, and that changed the future of the region. It was in defense of our people -all of our people-, and not to dance on his grave. I can't imagine how miserable life would have been if Bashir Gemayel had the chance to continue with his plan. As for dancing on the grave of Samir Ja3ja3: Last time I checked he was still alive.

You say: " But my belief is that PLURALISM is the basis for our society and not totalitarianism." Is that the same PLURALISM that Mr. Ja3ja3 and Mr. Gemayel believed in????? I do not think other comments are necessary.

You say: "Finally, after several 100's postings on this forum, THE TRUTH SHINES AS THE WHITE SNOW OF OUR BELOVED LEBANON." This kind of truth will also melt like the white snow of our beloved LEBANON.
