You wonder in your postings about the legitimacy of the borders of Lebanon.
In the Syrian Social Nationalist Party we wonder about the legitimacy of the borders of all the political entities that exist today in our beloved Syria: Lebanon, Asham, Jordan, Iraq, Kuwait, Palestine.
These entities, as you mentioned, were carved out of a real nation by the French and the British to keep Syria weak after over 400 years of Ottoman occupation and oppression, and to render us, for many years to come, unable to fight their plan to create a Jewish state on our land.
They created these borders, and they imprisoned our people within these borders according to their religion and sectarian affiliations. They also created the political regimes necessary to keep these walls up, and to make them higher, and therefore harder to tear down.
We helped these evil plans by making the religious affiliation the number ONE concern. We did not and we do not even affiliate ourselves with these political borders, but rather with the various religious sects that exist in our nation.
We in the Syrian Social Nationalist Party have been struggling to tear these walls down for 66 years. We have been working relentlessly to destroy these artificial borders, be they religious or political. We succeeded in tearing them down within the party: WE ARE ALL SYRIANS. We're not Shamites, nor Jordanians, nor Lebanese, nor Shiites, nor Catholics. WE ARE SYRIANS.
We do not want to tear down these walls so the stronger can take over the weaker. We're tearing these walls down, brick by brick, so the people can unite, and think of themselves as one people.
Lebanon's borders are artificial, and illegitimate, and so are the borders of Jordan, Palestine, Iraq, Assham, and Kuwait.
