Dear Elias:
Greetings,
1- You seem to be quite "optimistic" about the upcoming era that will witness, in your view, the end of the SSNP; be it in Lebanon with the new Republic, or through the establishment of the so called "peace" with the jews. Well, let me comfort you and tell you that the SSNP was founded in 1932, sixteen years before the creation of the jewish state in Palestine. During its 67 years in existence the SSNP, then, has gone through circumstances a lot harder than whatever we have today, yet it survived. Tough situations have only increased the resolve of the Qawmeyyeen. So, don't you start counting your eggs before they hatch.
2- What you mentioned in your questioning the validity of Syrian nationhood is mere rubbish that we have seen before from you et al, and again many of the honest contributors to this page (Milad, Nour, Fadi, Eternal Syria, Basil, Janah,...) have explained to you, yet you refuse to acknowledge your lack of comprehension of what is being said. In a nutshell, notwithstanding your social-national challenge, the Syrian nation has always been there, as long as there had been people living, interacting and sharing common interests within the Syrian homeland. Political entities that are created or destroyed within or without certain time frames, through which the nation might be at its maximum awareness, nationally speaking, do not dictate, in any shape or form, the reality of the nation itself. What you are suffering from, is the result of irresponsible innuendoes and deliberate insertion of chaotic ideas in your head by people who opposed, for one reason or another, the concept of Syrian Nationalism.
3- As I told you before, the mission statement of the SSNP does not endorse violence. But the Party reserves the right to deal with certain situations as it deems suitable to its interests. i.e. the Party chooses the venues and other elements to realize its objectives, within the framework that has been explained.
4- We have not found any other party as of yet that seeks the protection of the Syrian interests like the SSNP does, so we cannot grant any other "entity" the right to replace the SSNP in undertaking the responsibilities of correcting the wrong and undoing the damage that was done to our people.
5- You said that I always attack you. If you go back to your previous postings, with the language that you use with all the contributors to this page, save your Pal who liked your roar once, and the terms that you choose, you don't deserve better than this. Try to be polite and civilized in your postings and see what you would get. Saadeh rightfully said: "Be tough with corruption." Don't expect roses when you throw dirt.
6- Your claim that SSNP members committed crimes in Lebanon is baseless, unfounded and, again rubbish. Take it from testimonies of people (Christians and Muslims) who traditionally oppose the SSNP. They raised their hats to the moralities of the Qawmeyyeen during the ugly war that was waged by your idols.
7- You said that the SSNP "ideology rests on Israel being the enemy." (Go back to point "1"). This proves one thing and one thing only, and that you haven't gotten a clue about the teachings of Saadeh. You wrote tens of postings on this page arguing with Qawmeyyeen and you don't even know what they believe in. I suggest a book for you to read, and don't you dare tell me that you read it, it is obvious from your weak and tedious arguments that you don't even read. The name of the book is <<Al-Muhadarit al-3ashr>> "the Ten Lectures" by Antoun Saadeh. Maybe, I say maybe, you will find it within yourself to open your mind a little, and absorb the Natural Greatness that this man had given his followers through his Greatness himself.
Till we meet again...
